Co-founder of Mumbai Movement Academy (also known as Mumbai Parkour). Physics graduate; former quantum computing researcher at TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research). Left academia in 2018 to teach parkour full-time.

Cyrus came to breakdancing and parkour after a childhood of sport: football, swimming, roller skating, and racket games. His training has since taken in strength and flexibility work, dance, gymnastics, climbing, calisthenics, capoeira, jiu-jitsu, aerial arts, acrobatics, and circus skills, learned from teachers and practitioners in India and on travels across Europe and America. He also choreographs and performs action sequences for film.

Cyrus was the first coach in India to be certified to ADAPT Level 2, the coaching qualification issued by Parkour Generations, and as of August 2026 remains the only one.

He was one of three coaches invited to Rendezvous 2026, the international gathering Parkour Generations has run since 2006, held in London from 14 to 16 August 2026, and coached sessions there. He is the first Indian parkour coach to do so.
