Freesouls Parkour is a parkour and freerunning group founded in Mumbai on 12 June 2011 by Nabeel Merchant, Zeeshan Muhammad, Nirmit Gire and Narayan Pissurlenkar.

The founders dispersed within a few years. Merchant and Muhammad started a Freesouls community in Dubai. Gire moved to Canada and later returned to Mumbai. Pissurlenkar moved to Goa, where he started the group’s Goa division, ParkourGoa.

Giles D’Souza is recorded as a traceur and trainer with the group in Mumbai, in a DNA India article on parkour in the country by Daniel Pinto.
