Indian Freerunners, who abbreviate themselves IFR, are a parkour and freerunning team from Virar, in the Vasai-Virar area north of Mumbai. Their Instagram bio dates the team to 17 August 2017.

Their own intro video describes them as an amateur team of Virar local guys, and their Instagram address gives a Nalasopara postcode. The video, published in August 2018, names the team as Mukesh Solanki, Bala Tiwari, Ruhan More, Prakash Ahir and Nihar Salvi. Two of them are still visibly training: Bala Tiwari describes himself as a parkour and freerunning generalist, and Nihar Salvi as a professional parkour athlete and movie stunt artist.

The group filmed a jam and training session at Mumbai Movement Academy in March 2019, and Windcatz linked to their channel from a joint session description in the same year.

The Instagram account last posted in May 2023 and the YouTube channel in September 2022. Both are dormant rather than deleted, which is not evidence that the group has stopped, so the status here is unknown.
