Susheel Chandradhas

Photographer and filmmaker from an arts and design background. Interested in parkour since seeing the film Yamakasi in 2003; began training in 2008. Founding member of Chennai Parkour (which formed the Tamil Nadu Parkour Association, which he was president of for a few years) and Parkour Circle. Runs the IndianParkour.org documentation project.

Susheel is known for some of the early Parkour photography and videos made for Chennai Parkour, around the 2009-2012 period.

While with Chennai Parkour and TNPK, Susheel was responsible for building, and maintaining the websites, forum, and social media for the group, as well as handling much of the outward facing communications, photography, and video.

With Parkour Circle, Susheel created and maintained the website, and was part of the team that worked closely with The Urban Playground Team (UPG Team), UK on their reconnaissance tour in India in 2016, and again on the Indian Steam performance tour in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (January–February 2017), and in Dewsbury, UK (August 2017), and Nottingham, UK (October 2017), where he was responsible for documenting the journey in video, and creating a series of videos for the groups. Throughout the tour (across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, and on the trips to Dewsbury and Nottingham) he travelled with Baskaran Subramani, Kishor Muthumani, and Prabu Mani. Satakshi Nandy was also part of some of the performances in India.

He has attended the Parkour National Jam 2010 in Mumbai.
