Founder of Parkour Circle and founding member of Chennai Parkour / Tamil Nadu Parkour Association. Practising since 2007. Theatre background including performance in Ponniyin Selvan (Tamil Nadu’s major epic stage production). Also trained in dance and martial arts. Co-founder of Four Pillar Fight Academy (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Has trained and performed alongside Malik Diouf (Yamakasi), Thomas Couetdic (France), and Andy Day (UK). In May 2012 he attended the National Jam 2012 in Mumbai as part of the Chennai Parkour contingent.

Prabu has also worked in Tamil cinema as a stunt professional and actor: stunt choreographer on Mugamoodi (2012), stunt coordinator on Sutta Kadhai (2013), and on screen in Kanithan and Kathakali (both 2016). His film work is listed on IMDb.

With Parkour Circle, he was part of the Indian Steam performance tour with The Urban Playground Team (UPG Team), travelling for the performances across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (January–February 2017) and in the UK at Dewsbury (August 2017) and Nottingham (October 2017), alongside Baskaran Subramani, Kishor Muthumani, and Susheel Chandradhas.
